At Lumière By AJ, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Return Charges
A flat return shipping charge of Rs. 300 will apply to all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item so we can assist you.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items
Used products or items damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
